Description
Species: C. Annuum. Strength: 15,000 to 30,000 on the Scoville scale, i.e. strength 7. A variety originally from Tunisia, used in the preparation of Harissa. A very old variety imported to Tunisia by the Spanish in the 1540s. Large, fairly square, green-to-red fruits
Large, rectangular fruits (10 cm x 20 cm), weighing 150 to 200 g, ripening from dark green to red.
Plant with white flowers, green stems and thin green leaves, bag of 15 seeds
