Description
Lemon Drop or Ají Limón is a strong, citrusy, lemon-flavored chili pepper, popular in Peru for seasoning, where it is known as qillu uchu. Belonging to the baccatum family of species, Lemon Drop is a conical pepper about 60 mm long and 12 mm wide, with a few folds. The plant can grow up to 1.50 m 2 m and can contain over 100 fruits. The time between flower fertilization and fruit ripening is around 80 days.
