Description
Here’s the famous Korean chili pepper, Capsicum annuum, Scoville units: 1500 – 10000 SHU. The famous Korean chili pepper used to make gochu garu (chili powder), which is widely used in Korean cuisine. Pods are 10 to 15cm long, turning from green to red as they ripen. A small, fairly productive plant, 60 to 80cm high, it has a thin skin and a strong, fruity tomato aroma. Seed origin mother Korea.
