Description
THE ETIUDA ORANGE PEPPER (capsicum annuum) is a variety of bell pepper with a fairly square shape and fruits weighing 140 to 200 grams, with an attractive orange color when ripe. Its firm, juicy flesh has a mild, sweet flavor, making it suitable for stuffed peppers, ratatouille, salads, soups, thinly sliced to accompany poultry, fish, meat, or sauces, coulis, gratins, omelettes and pizzas.
