Description
Vilmorin’s Poivron Doux très long des Landes is an annual vegetable and condiment plant 60 cm high. It is grown for its dark-green, very long, thin, straight fruits, which can be preserved in vinegar. This is a fast-growing variety. The fruit has a very mild flavor, and can be eaten raw in salads or cooked. Peppers are an indispensable ingredient in ratatouille.
